About the role
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager directly accountable for managing our large and important Practice Management Software (PMS) partners. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing our base of PMS partners that integrate and work with Tyro Health. These relationships are of vital importance and provide an amazing opportunity to acquire and retain health customers via this strategically important channel.
The partnerships team also manages our largest/enterprise customers as well as insurer and funder relationships. This network of relationships delivers valuable feedback and helps shape our product roadmap. This role therefore plays a vital role in providing opportunities for conversion, providing market intelligence in terms of pricing, features and functionality from our competitors, as well as identifying and working with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
Partnership managers work closely with a variety of internal stakeholder including; marketing, product, legal, engineering and support.
What you'll do
- Develop and nurture existing partnerships, including all stakeholder engagement and management tasks;
- Identify new opportunities to build and develop strategic partnerships;
- Prepare regular account management sessions, providing updates on new developments and exploration of future opportunities - including the preparation of progress reports, key partner metrics, etc;
- Provide a first point of contact for partner enquiries and be accountable for following an issue or enquiry through to resolution, working closely with the broader Tyro Health and Tyro teams;
- Assist with, and take ownership, of business proposal preparation;
- Identify industry opportunities (eg. conferences and events) and help co-ordinate Tyro Health’ participation and involvement;
- Track, monitor and report on key relationships.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business development and account management roles;
- Strong understanding of what it takes to bring a new product or business to market;
- Track record of developing new partnerships built on mutual trust;
- Health industry exposure and experience;
- A payments / technology software background.
Success Criteria
- Attract and grow our base of integrated PMS partners
- Deepen the integration of Tyro Health solutions with existing PMS partners
- Deeper, more strategic engagement with enterprise healthcare customers.
- Assist with retention of enterprise accounts and growth in transaction volumes.
- Recognition as a trusted advisor with deep health industry expertise.
- Strong cross-functional alignment driving continual improvement of our health solutions. '
