  • Yes, absolutely! We are a workplace that values and promotes flexible working arrangements. We’re always looking for ways to make work meet the needs of our employees and candidates without too much disruption to our customers and the operations of business. If you can only work part-time, we could possibly explore a job share option or we can work out ways for you to perform the role on a part-time basis, if possible.

  • Every recruitment process is different and with so many different roles here at Tyro we like to take a bespoke approach to each new recruit. We’re interested in exploring our candidates’ skills and experience and what they’ll bring to our strong and positive culture. Your dedicated recruiter will discuss the recruitment process with you on their first call with you.

  • A typical recruitment process can be as quick as a couple of days or up to 2 weeks. We aim to keep the recruitment process to a 2 week maximum from first call to offer stage.

  • Just because you are unsuccessful for the role you applied for, it doesn’t mean you can’t apply for another potential suitable role at Tyro. Speak with your dedicated recruiter if you think your skills could be a great match for another of our roles.
