Your first chat with us!
You’ll learn more about Tyro - who we are, what we do, and what makes us different.
We’ll also talk about your experience, career goals, and what you’re looking for next to make sure it’s a great fit on both sides.
Functional Interview
You’ll meet your hiring manager (and sometimes a team member) to talk through your craft and how you approach your work.
We’ll explore your experience, impact, and how your skills could shine at Tyro.
Challenge or Task (for some roles)
For certain roles, we include a short, role-related challenge.
It’s your chance to show how you think, solve problems, and bring ideas to life - and for us to see how you’d approach real Tyro work.
Values Interview
You’ll meet a few Tyro’s from across the business to explore what matters most to you and how you collaborate.
We’ll look for alignment with our five values: Commit to Greatness, Stay Hungry, Wow the Customer, Be Good, and Win Together.
Leadership Interview
If you’re interviewing for a leadership role, you’ll meet members of our leadership team to discuss your leadership style, how you inspire teams, and how you’d create impact at Tyro.
