About the role
At Tyro Health, we’re transforming the way Australian healthcare businesses manage payments and claims. We provide innovative EFTPOS and payment solutions that keep things moving seamlessly.
Our Sales Executives play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of inbound channel leads. This includes qualifying and nurturing leads into opportunities, closing deals and facilitating payment application submissions to drive satisfied customers.
You will work closely with potential clients, educating them on our solutions, identifying their needs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role requires a driven, results-oriented professional with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of financial products and payment solutions.
What you'll do
Lead Qualification
Proactively identify and qualify inbound leads generated through various channels including marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to supplement inbound leads, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Consultative Selling & Negotiation Handling
Engage prospects in consultative sales conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
Tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions and address specific customer pain points.
Guide prospects through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
Pipeline Management
Manage and prioritise leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and support needed to advance opportunities and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and nurture long-term relationships.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the achievement of team goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Manage high volumes of outbound activity in an attempt to communicate with potential prosects, over phone, email and SMS contact.
What you'll bring
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a passion for driving sales success and exceeding targets.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and building lasting relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
