About the role
The Partner Manager plays a critical role in growing and supporting the company's partner ecosystem within the hospitality technology sector. This role is responsible for managing strategic relationships with hospitality technology partners, including POS providers, software platforms and integration partners, to drive mutual growth, product adoption and commercial outcomes.
Working closely with partners, the Partner Manager identifies opportunities to expand product integrations, increase referrals and strengthen partner engagement. The role also focuses on improving the performance of existing partnerships by developing joint growth strategies, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring partners maximise the value of the company's solutions.
What you'll do
Partner Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with strategic partners within the designated industry vertical, fostering collaboration across partner organisations.
Gain insight into partner objectives, challenges, and opportunities to align partnership activities with company goals.
Identify and evaluate potential new partners within the Hospitality technology ecosystem.
Strategic Planning & Alignment
Collaborate with partners to contribute to joint business plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to industry vertical dynamics.
Ensure coordination between partner activities and company initiatives to enhance synergy and business impact.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor partner performance against key metrics and targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide guidance to partners to enhance their sales and marketing effectiveness, contributing to revenue growth.
Channel Enablement & Assistance
Develop training programs, sales materials, and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell company products within the industry vertical.
Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating collaboration with internal teams.
Opportunity Development
Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and opportunity management.
Support partner-led opportunities throughout the sales process to ensure timely progression and successful outcomes.
What you'll bring
Experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality technology industry.
Understanding of partnership dynamics, sales processes, and channel ecosystems.
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Readiness to travel as required.
Interest in developing strategic partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ability to support and nurture successful partnerships.
Goal-oriented mindset focused on driving partner revenue growth.
