About the role
As an Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure Tyro’s frontline Growth teams are ready, confident and equipped to successfully adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. Acting as the link between business-wide change and frontline execution, you’ll translate change into practical tools and support, including training, communications, SOPs, FAQs and other enablement resources.
Working closely with Operational Excellence, Growth leaders and teams, and Enterprise Change, you’ll help embed and sustain change while identifying opportunities to continuously improve how our frontline teams operate. It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both team performance and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
Change Delivery and Enablement
Support the planning and execution of change initiatives that impact Growth teams.
Partner with enterprise change leads or Operational Excellence Managers to complete change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness planning.
Develop or coordinate enablement materials such as training guides, SOPs, KAs, FAQs, scripts, templates, and communications.
Deliver training sessions and support rollout activities to ensure teams understand and adopt new processes, systems, or products.
Capture and report adoption metrics, feedback, and learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Operational Optimisation
Identify and assess process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues within assigned frontline teams.
Recommend and implement improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update team SOPs, templates, and tools to reflect current best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Finance, Product, Compliance) to ensure processes remain compliant and scalable.
Frontline Readiness and Engagement
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for operational processes and change within the assigned business unit.
Act as the main point of contact between the Operational Excellence team and frontline leaders to support adoption and issue resolution.
Coordinate regular feedback loops with team leaders to measure readiness, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
Collaboration and Governance
Partner with the enterprise change function, Product, and People teams to ensure alignment between business strategy, change delivery, and frontline enablement.
Contribute to governance processes, including documentation, version control, and readiness tracking.
Escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies promptly to the Operational Excellence Leader.
What you'll bring
Experience working in a frontline Customer Support or operational environment, with a strong understanding of what teams need to successfully adopt change.
Exposure to process improvement, continuous improvement, training, knowledge management or embedding new ways of working.
A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to translate broader business changes into clear and actionable outcomes for frontline teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence building relationships across different teams and functions.
A proactive mindset - you’ll look ahead, ask questions and understand what’s coming rather than waiting for change to happen.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow structured processes.
A genuine interest in improving how teams work and creating better experiences for both employees and customers.
A growth mindset and desire to build your career in enablement, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
