About the role
At Tyro Health, we’re transforming the way Australian healthcare businesses manage payments and claims. We provide innovative EFTPOS and payment solutions that keep things moving seamlessly.
As Internal Sales Manager you will lead, coach and inspire a high performing internal sales team to consistently deliver on SLAs, achieve monthly sales targets, and create a standout customer experience. You will embed confident cold calling as a core capability, support the team to self-generate high quality leads, and help diversify our customer portfolio, while maintaining a high conversion rate on direct and partner leads. Through clear direction, hands on coaching, and a strong focus on authentic, empathetic and risk aware conversations, you will lift performance and set the standard for best in industry sales.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, building capability and creating a culture where salespeople genuinely enjoy picking up the phone.
The role
You will lead a team of 4 internal sales reps who look after health businesses across Australia. Your world is:
Turning leads into loyal customers, from first call through to first transaction
Embedding confident, high quality cold calling so the team can self generate pipeline
Making sure every new customer has a smooth, professional onboarding experience
You will work closely with Customer Operations, Product and Marketing, and you will be a visible voice in how we grow Tyro Health.
About you
You are an experienced leader of an inside sales or outbound team who:
Loves coaching and being on the floor with your reps
Knows how to build a high activity, high quality calling culture
Is comfortable working with targets, data and dashboards
Brings strong B2B experience, ideally in health, payments or financial services
Has a genuine obsession with the customer experience, not just the sale
