About the role

This is a high-impact role working across the breadth of our organisation - from Tech, Product and Security to Risk, Finance and Growth. You’ll thrive on variety, confidently switching context between portfolios while maintaining rigour, pace and quality.

What you'll do
Strategic Hiring Partnership
Partner with leaders across multiple portfolios to shape clear, forward-looking hiring plans.
Provide market insight and advice to inform role design, expectations and timelines.
Influence hiring decisions to ensure we prioritise long-term capability and cultural contribution.
End-to-End Delivery Across Diverse Portfolios
Lead complex searches across technical, specialist and corporate roles.
Confidently switch between disciplines while maintaining depth of understanding.
Design structured, high-quality assessment approaches aligned to skills and values.
Deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
Proactive Talent Pipelining
Actively source and engage high-calibre talent across competitive markets.
Build and nurture talent pools for repeat and future hiring needs.
Balance reactive delivery with proactive market engagement.
Hiring Excellence
Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and decision-making.
Uphold consistency, fairness and quality across every process.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner closely with People Partners and leaders to ensure hiring aligns with broader workforce plans.
Contribute to ongoing optimisation of tools, processes and ways of working (including leveraging Teamtailor effectively).

What you'll bring
You’re a versatile and commercially minded Talent Partner who enjoys breadth.
You have demonstrated experience:
Recruiting across multiple functions (e.g. Tech, Product, Risk, Finance, Growth or similar).
Confidently context switching while maintaining credibility with specialist stakeholders.
Proactively sourcing in competitive markets.
Managing complex stakeholder groups with clarity and influence.
Balancing pace with thoughtful, structured assessment.
Using hiring data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
You’re organised, curious and resilient. You enjoy variety, you’re energised by delivery, and you take pride in strengthening teams - not just filling roles.
