About the role
We’re looking for a versatile and adaptable trainer to deliver and maintain high-impact training programs for our Growth Department. With a focus on our sales and customer support teams, you’ll work in a fast-paced, regulated environment - delivering key training content using a mix of classroom, virtual and e-learning programs.
What you'll do
Deliver blended learning programs using a mix of classroom, virtual sessions, microlearning modules, role-plays, and e-learning.
Facilitate engaging workshops and adapt delivery to varied learner styles.
Maintain and update existing training materials (presentations, videos, workbooks), ensuring accuracy, compliance alignment, and relevance.
Use LMS and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) to publish and manage learning content.
Partner with Compliance & Product SMEs to incorporate relevant regulatory content into training (e.g. AML/KYC, payment scheme rules).
Support learners post-training; assessments, facilitating side-by-sides, maintaining post-training support channels.
Track training metrics: completion rates, time-to-competency, knowledge retention, QA scores; contribute to improvements based on results.
Support the Training Manager by conducting regular needs assessments and capture feedback to continually refine delivery and material.
What you'll bring
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) would be beneficial.
3–5 years’ experience delivering training in a regulated or high-volume environment (finance, payments, telecommunications, insurance, SaaS).
Strong facilitation skills across delivery modes: in-person, virtual, microlearning.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and training development tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex content
Organised, responsive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
