About the role
As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver partner marketing initiatives that support Tyro’s growth objectives across our 450+ strong partner ecosystem.
A key focus of this role is managing the marketing activity of one of our strategic alliance accounts, where you’ll own the end-to-end planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns and experience programs that drive and strengthen partner engagement and performance. However, you’ll also support and own activity across our wider partner network.
This role suits a hands-on, strategic and data-driven marketer who brings structure to complexity, thrives on end-to-end campaign ownership, and takes pride in achieving measurable success for partners and their customers. You’ll value collaboration, approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture.
What you'll do
Partnership Marketing
Plan, deliver and optimise tailored marketing campaigns for priority, strategic, and association partners.
Work closely with Partner Managers to support partner relationships and business outcomes.
Manage campaigns end-to-end – from planning through execution – on time and within budget.
Apply a mix of marketing channels and techniques, including email, digital display, SEM/SEO, social media, direct mail, events, webinars, video, merchandise, and offers.
Equip Sales, Partner Managers, and partners with effective enablement tools, sales collateral, and other resources.
Strengthen partner advocacy and engagement through strong relationship management, co-marketing initiatives, launch support, and value exchange programs.
Translate product information into clear and compelling partner and customer value propositions.
Stay informed on market trends, partner needs, and customer behaviours to inform strategy.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with the Commercial Partnerships team to deliver partner growth targets.
Partner with the Channel Marketing Lead and wider Partner Marketing team to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with Tyro’s growth strategy.
Engage with Brand, Product, Direct, Customer Marketing and Digital Channels teams to deliver campaigns that strengthen partner preference for Tyro.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Legal/Compliance to ensure marketing activities align with commercial priorities and partner needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Performance and Reporting
Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the Channel Marketing Lead with regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and business impact.
Risk Management
Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day-to-day responsibilities.
Comply with Tyro policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframe.
Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at Tyro.
Support the Partner Marketing team’s risk register, risk assessments and the proposal and implementation of solutions.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
Approximately 3-5 years’ marketing experience with a focus on partner marketing and acquisition across the full marketing funnel.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, paid media, content, email, events).
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience in B2B marketing within a heavily regulated industry (financial services) is desirable.
Understanding of the healthcare sector and health claiming environment
ADMA or other relevant marketing accreditation is desirable.
