About the role
The Change Management Analyst plays a key role in enabling smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of change across Tyro’s Growth department. This role leads and delivers medium-complexity change initiatives where no dedicated enterprise change manager is assigned, while also supporting the execution of larger programs led by the Enterprise Change function or Operational Excellence Leader.
Working closely with frontline leaders, enablement specialists, and enterprise teams, you’ll ensure change is well planned, effectively delivered, and embedded into day-to-day operations. Balancing structured project execution with hands-on enablement, you’ll help drive adoption, readiness, and continuous improvement across Sales, Customer Support, and Strategic Accounts — equipping teams to execute change confidently and at pace.
What you'll do
Change Planning and Delivery
Lead and coordinate change initiatives that impact Growth where no enterprise change lead is assigned.
Support the Operational Excellence Leader and enterprise change partners to plan and deliver larger initiatives.
Conduct and document change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness planning using Tyro’s frameworks.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable change and enablement plans, including training, communications, and process documentation.
Ensure change delivery plans include measurable adoption and reinforcement strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build strong relationships across Sales, Customer Support, and Strategic Accounts to ensure engagement and alignment.
Develop and deliver communication materials — including email updates, FAQs, SOPs, and team briefings — that support rollout and adoption.
Facilitate workshops, check-ins, and readiness sessions to capture feedback and address resistance to change.
Represent the Growth Operations team in cross-functional forums, ensuring clear communication of priorities and impacts.
Execution and Enablement
Coordinate the design and delivery of enablement content with the assigned Enablement Specialists.
Manage change documentation and reporting (e.g., status updates, readiness trackers, risk logs).
Ensure training materials, SOPs, and knowledge articles are current, accessible, and aligned with operational processes.
Support frontline readiness testing and UAT activities as required to validate process and system changes.
Continuous Improvement
Analyse post-implementation feedback, adoption data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Recommend and implement enhancements to processes, tools, and templates used in Growth change delivery.
Champion Tyro’s operational excellence principles by continuously identifying simplification and efficiency opportunities.
Contribute to the evolution of Growth’s change framework and enablement playbook.
What you'll bring
Experience in change coordination, enablement, or operational support within a commercial or customer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of change delivery frameworks and readiness methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing comms, presentations, and process documentation.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on measurable outcomes.
Competent in Microsoft Office, project management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Confluence, Salesforce).
Desirable skills & experience
Experience working within financial services, fintech, or high-growth environments.
Exposure to formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Background in process improvement, training, or operational enablement.
Ability to translate strategic direction into practical frontline execution plans.
