About the role
The Growth Solution Specialist supports the Growth Team, partners and customers across the sales lifecycle and in-life service journey, including digital applications and ongoing service requests. The role ensures a smooth, efficient and compliant onboarding and service experience through proactive customer engagement, application support, documentation review and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The Specialist contributes to improved completion speed, high-quality standards, effective risk management and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will evolve in line with business priorities and roadmap delivery, with tasks and processes remaining flexible to support sales performance, operational efficiency and customer outcomes. The role also supports projects, process improvements and product launches aligned to Growth and broader business targets.
We are open to candidates based in Bendigo or Sydney.
What you'll do
Support the conversion of new leads and prospects through the Tyro sales process.
Proactively engage customers to guide them through the digital application journey, providing timely follow-up, answering questions and expediting completion.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales and partners to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and clear customer communication.
Review and verify customer documentation, resolve inconsistencies and maintain effective processes to ensure accurate and complete submissions.
Manage customer rate review requests and provide guidance on appropriate pricing structures.
Support customer communications where additional documentation or information is required.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information is shared at sign-up.
Identify, assess and escalate risks relating to applications, documentation or customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tyro’s products, services and process changes.
What you'll bring
Basic understanding of Microsoft programs including Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to confidently engage customers via phone and digital channels.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timeframes.
