About the role
Join a high-performing sales team where success is recognised, development is prioritised and great people build long-term careers.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of larger-value customer opportunities, managing the sales journey from first conversation through to completed application. Beyond delivering strong commercial outcomes, you'll play an important role within the team—sharing your experience, leading by example and helping lift those around you.
With a steady flow of inbound opportunities, regular coaching from experienced leaders and clear pathways to progress your career, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact while continuing to grow your own capability.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of inbound leads and referrals, helping businesses find the right payment solution for their needs.
Own the end-to-end sales journey, from first conversation through to completed application.
Build trusted relationships with business owners, taking the time to understand their goals and recommend solutions that deliver real value.
Lead commercial conversations with confidence, including pricing discussions and solution recommendations.
Manage a healthy pipeline while delivering against service level agreements, sales targets and customer expectations.
As a senior member of the team, lead by example by sharing your knowledge, supporting newer team members and helping build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, strong follow-up and attention to detail.
What you'll bring
A minimum of two years' experience in an inbound or outbound B2B sales role, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Confidence using technology and quickly learning new systems in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative approach and strong alignment with Tyro's values, particularly Win Together.
A high level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently manage your pipeline and consistently deliver results.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, negotiate and build trust with business customers.
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others, with a willingness to share your knowledge and help lift the capability of the team.
Ambition, drive and a genuine motivation to succeed in a high-performance, commission-driven sales environment while continuing to grow your own career.
